I bought the 40mm knotless small nets. They’re easy to fill, just fall open so no fighting with the net while trying to fill. They seem super strong and easy to hang. Would definitely be getting some more.
I recently bought 8 of the large nets for one small square bale, both of the 4 and 6 cm. The nets were very easy to load with a full bale and also pick up. I used these for when I was away for a few days and they have been a gamechanger for both myself, my ponies and the person looking after them. After the initial hoovering of food lol, there is still hay left after I got home. I have left the nets in the runs and as the ponies can see feed still around they don't eat as much. They ae looking more content and eating less. Win/ win. The quality is still the best on the market, as is the ease of ordering and the back up and support. I ordered the day before they came on sale and Nikki very generously refunded me the difference.
I purchased the hay play ball as we have no grass in the paddocks at the moment and I wanted to give my girl something to fill in her day. She was starting to walk the fence line and chew on posts so it was obvious she was bored, but being pony bred, she couldn't have unlimited access to feed either. The hay ball has been a success now that I have worked out no to stuff it too full. If it's too full she struggles to get to the hay which tends to get blocked in the holes. She now has about 3/4 of biscuit of hay in a play ball twice a day and she is certainly more settled.
Very happy with our recent purchase, great quality & good size net to keep the horses content for the night
